New Xbox One Backward Compatible Title Announced

Larry Hryb, the director of programming for the Microsoft gaming network Xbox Live, has officially revealed the latest Xbox 360 title coming to current-gen Xbox consoles, offering players a chance to play one of their favorite last-gen games on their brand new consoles.

In Hitman: Absolution, a stealth video game as well as the fifth installment in the Hitman series, players will get the chance to assume the role of a hitman named Agent 47 with objectives ranging from simply reaching the end of the level, to killing specific individuals. The game is set after the events of Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Damnation as the gameplay centers around completing set objectives within a series of levels

The new Backward Compatible Title is now rolling out for free on Xbox One to those who previously owned the game on last-gen consoles. Although, players can also purchase it directly from their current-gen Xbox consoles.
