Samsung Brings Android Nougat To Select Galaxy Devices

Following the announcement of the first Galaxy devices to get Android Nougat about three months ago, Sony Mobile is back once again with some pretty exciting news and has announced that select Galaxy devices will begin receiving a sneak peak of Google's latest and sweetest Android OS.

Samsung has announced that as part of the company's Galaxy Beta Program, the first galaxy devices to get Android Nougat beta will include the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. To get a feel for Android Nougat with Samsung’s latest UX you must have:
  • Or download the Samsung Members app through the the Google Play store or Galaxy Apps
Reminder: Applicants are currently being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Limited Edition and the Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition are excluded from the program.

Android Nougat Beta has now began rolling out in U.S., U.K., and Korea, while users based in China will get it soon.
