The Desire 650 features 5.0-inch 720p TFT LCD display, Quad-Core processor (most likely Snapdragon 610), 2GB of memory, 16GB of built-in storage, MicroSD Card (up to 2TB), 13MP shooter with autofocus and 5MP front-facing camera, 2200mAh Battery, and HTC Sense on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The phone comes in 8.4mm thin and weighs 140g, with dual finish back (the top half is smooth while the bottom half has ridges, 4G connectivity with Cat 4 LTE support, 3.5 mm headphone jack, BoomSound front-facing speakers, Hi-Res audio support, as well as Black or White color options.
The HTC Desire 650 appears to only be available in Taiwan for now. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
