HTC 10 Evo Officially Announced


HTC has officially revealed its latest and greatest mid-range product, as well as the latest member joining the HTC 10 family, the HTC 10 Evo, delivering a new phablet that offers "a dramatic evolution of HTC’s renowned sculpted-by-light style".

The HTC 10 Evo features 5.5-inch Quad-HD Super LCD 3 display, Snapdragon 810 Octa-core processor, 3GB of memory, 32GB of built-in storage, microSD card (up to 2TB), 16MP shooter with OIS and 8MP front-facing camera, 3200mAh battery, USB Type-C with Quick Charge 2.0 support, and HTC Sense on top of Android 7.0 Nougat.

The phablet comes in 8.12mm thin and weighs 170g, all-Metal unibody, Home button that doubles as a fingerprint sensor, IP57 (dust and water protection), BoomSound with Hi-Res audio support, included HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio earphones, 4G connectivity with Cat 6 LTE support, as well as Gunmetal, Glacier Silver or Pearl Gold color options.

According to HTC "Pulse-pounding audio that adapts to the unique structure of your own ears. Eye-popping, all-metal design that glistens in light as much as in water. This is a smartphone unlike any you have seen before.".

The HTC 10 Evo will begin rolling around the world starting this month. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
