Niantic is celebrating the Halloween Season by announcing the latest update coming to its location-based augmented reality video game, Pokémon GO v0.43.3 for Google-based mobile devices and Pokémon GO v1.13.3 for Apple-based mobile devices.
The new Pokémon GO update includes:
Professor Willow discovered that Eggs have different patterns depending on the distance required to hatch them
Pokémon type icons have been added to the information screen for each Pokémon
Low battery indicator added for the Pokémon GO Plus
Minor text fixes
Alongside the new Pokémon GO update, the studio has also announced a new event from October 26 until November 1st featuring more spooky Pokémons, the ability to earn double the amount of Candy every time you catch, hatch and transfer Pokémon, as well as earn Candy four times as fast.
Pokémon GO v0.43.3 for Android devices and Pokémon GO v1.13.3 for iOS devices are now rolling out as a free update through the PlayStore and AppStore. Check out Pokémon GO Halloween Event Announce Trailer.
