Sony Xperia Android Nougat Roadmap Leaked

Following the announcement of the First Sony Xperia Devices To Get Android Nougat one month ago, a presentation slide from Sony Slovakia that was shown during a presentation has reportedly been leaked showing off the company's Android Nougat update roadmap.

According to the leaked presentation slide, Sony will be releasing Android Nougat on:
  • Xperia X performance & XZ - First to receive official Xperia Android N update around October 
  • Xperia X & X Compact - Second update timing around November 
  • Xperia Z5 series, Z3+ and Z4 Tablet - Third update cycle around December 
  • Xperia XA & Ultra - Fourth update cycle in early 2017
Sony is expected to begin rolling out Google's latest and sweetest mobile operating system next month starting with the Xperia X performance and the Xperia XZ.
