Samsung Introducing Galaxy A8 (2016)


Samsung has officially revealed its latest and greatest mid-range product, as well as the latest member joining the Galaxy A family, the Galaxy A8 (2016), delivering a successor to last year's Galaxy A8 that offer Metal construction and some upgraded specs.

The Galaxy A8 (2016) features 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, Exynos 7420 Octa-core processor, 3GB of memory, 32GB of built-in storage, microSD card (up to 256GB), 16MP shooter and 8MP front-facing camera, 3300mAh battery, and Android Marshmallow.

The phablet comes in 7.2mm thin and weighs 182g, with all-Metal unibody, Home button that doubles as a fingerprint sensor, Always On Display, NFC with Samsung Pay support, as well as Blue color option.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) will be available to pre-order starting October 1st in South Korea for KRW 649,000 (about $580) through SK Telecom.
