Razer Introducing New Blade With GTX 1060

Razer has officially announced its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the Blade family, the New Razer Blade, delivering a successor to the six months old Razer Blade that has been "designed to be the most portable PC that can play games at maximum settings".

The New Razer Blade features 14.0-inch 1080p/Quad-HD+ (3200x1800) IGZO display, Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad-Core Processor, GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB GDDR5 VRAM), 16GB DDR4 RAM, up to 1TB SSD (PCIe M.2) options, 2MP front-facing camera, Built-in stereo speakers with Dolby Digital Plus Home Theater Edition support, Wireless-AC 1535 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac & Bluetooth 4.1), 70Wh battery and compact 165W power adapter, and runs Windows 10 (64-Bit).

The laptop comes in 17.9mm thin and weighs 1.95/1.89 kg, with all-Metal unibody, USB-C with Thunderbolt 3 support, HDMI 2.0, and three USB 3.0 ports, Anti-ghosting keyboard with Chroma backlighting, Wireless-AC 1535 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac + Bluetooth® 4.1), VR Ready as well as compatible with Razer Core.

According to Razer "There has never been a better balance of performance and portability in a PC,' The company continued "Five years ago, the idea of managing this level of heat in a small chassis was thought to be impossible, but we did just that with the original Razer Blade. Since then, we’ve continued to listen to our community and improve upon that design and thermal management. In many ways, this is the perfect laptop that was designed for gamers by gamers".

The New Razer Blade will be available in November around the world. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
