Instagram Updated With "Save Draft"Capability
Following the announcement of the Zoom feature late last month, the online mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing, and social networking service has officially announced the latest update coming to the Instagram application, including the ability to save drafts.
To save a post as a draft, all you have to is:
- Tap the camera button at the bottom of the screen
- Take or upload a photo or video
- Add effects, filters, a caption or your location
- Go back to the filtering and editing step, then tap the back arrow in the top left
- Select Save Draft at the bottom of the screen
Reminder: If you don't edit the post, tag people or add a caption or location, you won't be able to save the post as a draft. To see posts you've saved as a draft, tap the camera button and then tap Library. Posts will appear at the bottom of the screen below Drafts.
That is it, you can now begin working on a post and then save a copy of the edits for finishing later, or even prepare multiple posts in advance of publishing on your Android or iOS devices.
