Apple Releases iOS 10.1 Beta

Following the launch of iOS 10 to the public earlier last week, the company has officially released an all-new build of its latest and greatest mobile operating system, iOS 10.1 Beta build number 14B55c, to developers for download and testing.

The first beta build of iOS 10.1 brings some new features as well as other enhancements like:
  • New 'Portrait' depth of field camera mode for the iPhone 7 Plus
  • Barometric pressure data from CMAltimeter is now reported on iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, and iPad Pro
  • Performance enhancements
  • Stability improvements
  • Bug fixes
iOS 10.1 Beta is now rolling out as a free update through Software Update or via iOS Dev Center for registered developers.
