The New Fire HD 8 features 8-inch (1280x800) IPS display, Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1.5GB of memory, 16/32GB of built-in storage, microSD card (up to 200GB), 2MP shooter and VGA front-facing camera, up to 12 hours of battery life, and runs Fire OS 5 (upgradable soon to
Fire OS 5.4).
The tablet comes in 9.2mm thin and weighs 341g, with Dual stereo speaker with Dolby Atmos support, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and built-in Bluetooth, 3.5 mm stereo jack, Alexa integration (coming later on though software update), as well as Black, Magenta, Blue, and Tangerine color options

In fact, we’ve seen Fire tablet sales more than double year-over-year as a result," The company continued "The all-new Fire HD 8 packs more battery life, more storage, faster performance, plus Alexa—all for less than $90".
The New Amazon Fire HD 8 is now available to pre-order starting at $89.99, while the higher-end model will go for $119.99. Last but not least, the tablet will begin shipping starting September 21.
