YouTube Kids Updated With YouTube Red Support

Following the launch of YouTube Kids earlier last year, which offered a whole new YouTube app specially designed with kids in mind, Google is back once again wit some pretty exciting news and has announced that YouTube Kids will now begin supporting YouTube Red.

With YouTube Kids now supporting YouTube Red, which is the company's paid membership that is said to "make everything you love about YouTube even better", parents will be able to:

  • Let their kids learn and laugh along with their favorite characters without paid ads
  • In the car or on grandma’s couch—automatically have videos when you need ‘em, even if you don’t have a connection
  • Keep family sing-alongs going while you use other apps on your phone
To enable YouTube Red for YouTube Kids all you have to do is:
  • You must first have the YouTube Kids app and a YouTube Red membership
  • Just sign in to your YouTube Red account from the parental controls section of the YouTube Kids app
  • Follow a few simple steps
  • Done !!
YouTube Kids with YouTube Red support is now rolling out on Android and iOS devices in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
