Sony Brings Android N To Xperia X Performance


Following the launch of Android N Developer Preview on Xperia Z3 four months ago, Sony has officially announced that the company's latest flagship smartphone, the Xperia X Performance, has been added to its Xperia Beta Program, and will soon be receiving Android Nougat Beta.

Although, not much information has been released on which version of Android N the Xperia X Performance will be getting, Sony is expected to roll out Android N Developer Preview 5, which is the final developer preview build before the official release of Android Nougat this Summer. To sign up for the Android N Beta, all you have to do is download the Xperia Beta Program application through the PlayStore and s
ign-up for the beta, and you'll soon be able to test out a pre-release version of Android 7.0 Nougat.

Reminder: Sign-ups for the Xperia Beta Program is limited, so it is recommended to act fast if you want to get your hands-on Android Nougat before it launches this Summer.

The Xperia Beta Program is now rolling out in Nordics, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Iceland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Netherlands.
