iOS 9.2 - 9.3.3 Jailbreak Officially Released

Following the release of iOS 9.0 - 9.1 Untethered Jailbreak about four months ago, the Pangu Team has officially launched an all-new Jailbreak tool that supports iDevices running from iOS 9.2 all the way to iOS 9.3.3.

To Jailbreak iOS 9.2 - 9.3.3, all you have to do is:

  • Always back up your data
  • Disable Touch ID, pass code, and find my iPhone
  • Turn on Airplane Mode
  • Run the pphelper installer to install the PP 5.0 tool. Click the button that appears to proceed with installation. Once the installation finishes, click the next button that appears to launch the PP 5.0 tool
  • On the PP 5.0 tool, click the green button to download the necessary components for the jailbreak
  • When prompted for an Apple ID, enter a dummy Apple ID account (it is recommended to not use the one with all of your personal data attached to it)
  • Once you’ve entered the Apple ID, click the green button below the sign-in boxes and wait for the app to deploy to your iOS device. Once the process complete, click the green button to proceed
  • Tap the email address on the Device Management page that appears on your iOS device. Tap Trust → Trust to finish the deployment
  • Go back to the Home screen, and launch the jailbreak tool
  • Enable Notifications, and uncheck the box below the circle
  • Tap the circle, lock your device, and wait for your iOS device to respring
  • Unlock your device, and you should now see Cydia on your Home screen
Reminder: Keep in mind that since this is a Semi-tethered Jailbreak, you’ll need to repeat steps 10 and 11 before you can use any jailbreak-related app or tweak once you reboot your phone.

Unfortunately, this Jailbreak only supports Windows machines for now (Windows on Mac via virtual machine) and 64-bit devices such as the iPhone 5s or newer, iPad Air or later, iPad Mini 2 or above, and the iPad Pro. That's it, you are now Jailbreakon and can enjoy even more customizations and tweaks.
