Honor 8 Officially Announced


Honor has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the Honor family, the Honor 8, delivering a successor to last year's Honor 7 that offers Metal construction, flagship specs, and three cameras.

The Honor 8 features 5.2-inch 1080p LCD display, Kirin 950 Octa-core processor, Mali T880 GPU, 3/4GB of memory, 32/64GB of built-in storage, microSD card (up to 128GB), dual 12MP rear shooters and 8Mp front-facing camera, 3000mAh battery, and runs EMUI 4.1 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The phone comes in 7.45mm thin and weighs 153g, with all-Metal unibody, 2.5D curved glass, fingerprint sensor on the back, USB Type-C, 4G connectivity with Duam-SIM support, White, Black, Blue, Gold, and Rose Gold color options.

The Honor 8 is now available to pre-order in China starting at CNY 1999 (about $299), while the higher-end model will go for CNY 2500 (about $374).
