LG Stylus 2 Plus Officially Announced

LG has officially revealed its latest and greatest super-sized phone, as well as the latest member joining the Stylus family, the Stylus 2 Plus, delivering a new variant to the four months old LG Stylus 2 that offers "upgraded features for improved user experience".

The LG Stylus 2 Plus features 5.7-inch 1080p IPS Quantum display, Octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 2/3GB of memory, 16/32GB of built-in storage, microSD card, 13MP shooter and 5MP front-facing camera or 16MP shooter and 8MP front-facing camera, 3000mAh removable battery, and LG UX 4.0 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The phablet comes in 7.4mm thin and weighs 145g, with metallic frame, an included pen with a nano-coated tip, 4G connectivity, new Calligraphy Pen font, some proprietary functions like Pen Pop and Pen Keeper, flash for both front and rear cameras, fingerprint sensor on the back, as well as Titan, Brown, and Gold color options.

According to LG "The LG Stylus 2 Plus offers users a spacious screen, powerful multimedia functionality and a writing experience at a competitive price," The company continued "It’s just another example of the constant refinements we’re making to our mobile products to give LG customers a wide variety of features and designs to choose from."

The LG Stylus 2 Plus is now rolling out in Taiwan, while other key markets in Asia, South America, Europe and North America will get it in the coming weeks.
