Samsung Introducing Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016)


Samsung has officially revealed its latest and greatest mid-range tablet, as well as the latest member joining the Galaxy A family, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), delivering a new variant of the two months old Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) that offers a bigger screen and upgraded specs.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) features 10.1-inch (1920 x 1200) PLS display, Octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 200GB), 8MP shooter and 2MP front-facing camera, 7300 mAh battery, and TouchWiz on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The tablet comes in 8.2mm thin and weighs 525g, with Metal frame and rounded edges, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/​b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, optional 4G connectivity with LTE Cat. 4, Kid Mode 4.0, as well as Black or White color options.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) will be available next month in Germany starting at 289 Euro (about $330) for the Wi-Fi model, while the LTE model will go for 349 Euro (about $399).
