PlayStation 3.50 System Update Launches Today

Following the release of the System Software Update 3.50 Beta earlier last month, Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially announced that the MUSASHI Update will now begin rolling out to all current-gen PlayStation consoles.

PlayStation 4 3.50 System Update includes:
  • The ability to appear Offline when you log-in or at any time
  • The ability to get notified when your friends come online
  • The ability to schedule gameplay sessions with your friends
  • The ability to share an event to a group, or a community that you’re a member of
  • PS4’s Remote Play capabilities has now been expanded to PC (Windows 8.1 or later) and Mac (OS X 10.10 or newer)
  • Remote Play for computers will support up to 720p at 60fps
  • Live stream directly to Dailymotion right from your console
System Software Update 3.50 is now available as a free update to all PS4 owners, while PS4 Remote Play for computers installer can be downloaded from here.
