New MacBook Benchmarks Revealed


Following the launch of the New MacBook just one day ago, delivering Apple's thinnest and lightest Mac ever, new benchmarks of the company's latest and greatest notebook has started surfing the web, showing off the new MacBook performance compared to last yea's MacBook.

According to John Poole, founder of Primate Labs and Geekbench, the new MacBook is 15% faster than last year's model scoring 2670 in single-core and 5252 in multi-core scores in 32-bit test, while last year's MacBook received 2303 in single-core and 4621 in multi-core scores. Last but not least, a 64-bit test revealed that the New MacBook scored 2894 and 5845 in single-core and multi-core scores respectively.
