Microsoft Releases New Windows 10 Insider Preview Build

Following the release of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14316 earlier this month, Microsoft has officially launched an all-new build of Windows 10, Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328, to Windows Insiders for download and testing.

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 brings several new features as well as other enhancements such as:
  • Adds Windows Ink, with the ability to write on your device as you do on paper, creating sticky notes, and drawing on a whiteboard
  • Updated Start Experience
  • Tablet mode improvements
  • Cortana & Search Improvements
  • Improvements to Action Center & Notifications
  • Updates to the Taskbar
  • Updates to the Settings app
  • Lock screen Improvements
  • Updated Credential & UAC Dialog UI
  • Updated Skype UWP Preview app
  • Updated File Explorer icon
  • Japanese IME Improvements
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 is now rolling out through Windows Update as part of the company's Fast Ring builds program for registered Windows Insiders.
