Rocket League Championship Series Officially Announced

Following the announcement of The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Car Pack one week ago, Psyonix in collaboration with Twitch has officially announced the latest update coming to Rocket League, the Rocket League Championship Series, ushering a new era of Rocket League competition.

In Rocket League Championship Series, which is the official competitive league for the Rocket League community, players will get the chance to compete for the very first Rocket League Championship title as well as total prize pool of $75,000 USD, as all playoff tournaments will be broadcast exclusively on RocketLeague' Twitch channel.

Reminder: All matches will be played on PS4 and Windows PC, with additional platform support to be revealed later on.

According to Psyonix "From the moment we hit the pitch last July, we knew that Rocket League was a legitimate esport," The company continued "Twitch and its streamers have been an instrumental part of our success since we launched last July, and that made them a perfect match for us. We couldn't be more thrilled to be working with a team that we respect as highly as we do Twitch, and we can't wait to show the world what we can do in esports together!"

Rocket League Championship Series registrations will be open starting March 25 on both PC as well as PS4. Check out Rocket League Introducing Championship Series Announce Trailer.
