Sony Introducing Xperia X & X Performance


Sony Mobile has officially revealed its latest and greatest products, as well as the latest member joining its all-new X Series, the Xperia X and the Xperia X Performance, delivering a couple of new smartphones that offer "new layers of intelligent technology across popular and acclaimed Xperia features".

The Xperia X features 5.0-inch 1080p Triluminos display, Snapdragon 650 64-bit Hexa-core processor, Adreno 510 GPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 200GB), 23MP shooter with Predictive Hybrid Autofocus and 13MP front-facing camera, 2620mAh battery, and Android Marshmallow.

While the Xperia X Performance features 5.0-inch 1080p Triluminos display, Snapdragon™ 820 64-bit Quad-core processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 200GB), 23MP shooter with Predictive Hybrid Autofocus and 13MP front-facing camera, 2700mAh battery, and Android Marshmallow.

Both devices come in about 7.9mm and 153g, with fingerprint sensor on the side, High-Resolution Audio, PS4 Remote Play, as well as White, Graphite Black, Lime Gold, and Rose Gold color options. However, the Performance edition support 4G connectivity with Cat 9, while the regural X edition supports 4G connectivity with Cat 6.

The Sony Xperia X and X Performance will be available this Summer. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
