Resident Evil 4/5/6 Coming To Current-Gen Consoles

Following the announcement of Resident Evil 2 Remake in the work late last year, Capcom has officially announced the latest update coming to the Resident Evil franchise, that is the studio is now working on bringing Resident Evil 4/5/6 to current-gen Xbox and PlayStation consoles.

Experience Resident Evil 6 with a full roster of new and returning characters, as they combat the C-Virus as it threatens humanity on a global scale. Jump into Resident Evil 5 solo or co-op as Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar as they join forces to solve the truth behind a new outbreak. And play as Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 4 as he battles a multitude of threats to rescue the U.S. President’s daughter.

Last but not least, the studio has also confirmed that Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 for current-gen consoles will be featuring all of the additional post-launch content from the console version including DLCs and costumes.

Resident Evil 6 will be available March 29 on Xbox One and PS4 for $19.99, while Resident Evil 5 will be released this Summer and Resident Evil 6 sometime in Fall 2016.
