LG Announces X Series


Following the reveal of the LG K Series earlier this year, LG has officially announced its latest and greatest products, as well as a couple of new members joining its all-new X Series, the X Cam and X Screen, delivering a new series of smartphones that has been "developed to offer customers a unique user experience".

The X Cam features 5.2-inch 1080p display, Octa-core processor clocked at 1.14GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, dual 13MP and 5MP shooters, 8MP front-facing camera, 2520mAh battery, 4G connectivity, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5.2mm~6.9mm thin (curved design) and weighs 118g, as well as Titan Silver, White, Gold, and Pink Gold color options.

While the X Screen features 4.93-inch 720p display and a second 1.76-inch (520 x 80) Always-on screen, Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 13MP shooter and 8MP front-facing camera, 2300mAh battery, 4G connectivity, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 7.1mm thin, as well as Black, White, and Pink Gold color options.

According to LG "Everyone has a favorite smartphone feature" The company continued "At LG, we think there’s room for devices that do one thing very well and that customers shouldn’t have to pay for features that they don’t want. At the end of the day, we’re committed to offering consumers more choices".

The LG X Series will be available starting next month in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
