HP Elite X3 Officially Announced

HP has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the Elite family, the Elite X3, delivering a new Windows-based phablet that "bridges phablet, laptop and desktop use cases from a single computing device".

The Elite X3 features 6.0-inch Quad-HD (2560x1440) OLED display, Snapdragon 820 64-bit Quad-core processor, 4GB RAM, microSD card (up to 2TB), 16MP shooter and 8MP front-facing camera, 4150mAh battery, Quick Charge 3.0 and wireless charging support, Bang & Olufsen front facing speakers, dust and water resistant, and Windows 10 Mobile.

The phablet comes with Continuum, Windows Hello iris scanner and fingerprint sensor on the back, 4G connectivity with Dual-SIM and Cat 6 support, HP Workspace that lets you run your most frequently-used x86 Windows and corporate applications virtually, Desk Dock with Ethernet port, DisplayPort, two USB-A and a USB-C.

According to HP "The HP Elite x3 is a revolutionary mobile platform that enables mobility and computing to come together in a truly meaningful way. Together with the strength of our partners, we're propelling the industry forward and turning the promise of mobile productivity into a reality for customers".

HP Elite X3, which has been built for businesses , will be available this Summer. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
