The Redmi 3 features 5-inch 720p IPS display, Snapdragon 616 Octa-core processor (4x1.5GHz + 4x1.2GHz), Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16/32GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 128GB), 13MP shooter and 5MP front-facing camera, 4100mAh Battery, and MIUI 7 on top of Android Lollipop.
The phone comes in 8.5mm thin and weighs 144g, with full metal body, 5V/2A fast charge technology, 4G connectivity with Dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, FM Radio, as well as Gold, Classic Gold, Dark Gray, and Silver color options.
The Xiaomi Redmi 3 will be available to purchase January 12 in China starting at CNY 699 (about $106).
