The Marathon M5 Mini features 5-inch 720p IPS display, Mediatek MT6735 64-bit Quad-core processor clocked at 1,3GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 128GB), 8MP shooter and 5MP front-facing camera, 4000mAh battery, and Amigo UI 3.1 on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The phone comes in 9.6mm thin, with all metal body, 3G connectivity only, FM Radio, USB OTG support, as well as Gold color option. According to Gionee "The Gionee M5 Mini as the name implies, is a compact version of the M5. It is just as effective and stylish, but more affordable. It can be considered a sequel to the highly durable M5"
The Gionee Marathon M5 Mini will be available first in Nigeria. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on pricing.
