Nokia Launches OZO (VR Camera)

Following the announcement of the Nokia OZO about four months ago, the company's first virtual reality camera, Nokia Technologies has officially revealed that customers interesting in the OZO VR Camera can now pre-order it.

The OZO comes in 160mm thin (without camera mount) and weighs 4.2kg, with f/2.4 Aperture, 360° spherical video capturing and 360x360 surround sound, 500GB SSD, OZO Creator and Remote apps (compatible with OS X Yosemite), real-time VR preview, wireless operation, and full 3D 360 audio and video broadcast capabilities.

The Nokia OZO is now available to pre-order for $60,000 in Lava Grey through the company's online store, while the VR camera is scheduled to begin shipping in the first quarter of 2016.
