During Capcom's recent investor report, many people has apparently miss understood the publisher's statement about Resident Evil 2 being released as a Remastered edition. However, according to Stuart Turner, Capcom UK's senior marketing director, Resident Evil 2 is being developed from the ground up to be a full Remake and not a Remastered version.
Unfortunately, there is no word yet on Resident Evil 2 Remake's release date or on which platform the game will be launching.
