Google Adds New Family-Friendly Games To Chromecast

Following the announcement of the Chromecast 2nd-Gen about three months ago, Google is celebrating the Holidays by announcing the latest update coming to its streaming media players, including a "bunch of new goodies for you and the family" to enjoy on the biggest screen in the house.

The new Chromecast-enabled games include:
  • Angry Birds Friends
  • Driver Speedboat Paradise
  • Monopoly Here & Now
  • Yahtzee Blitz
  • The Game of Life
  • Scrabble Blitz 2.0
  • Risk 
The new Chromecast-enabled tiles are now rolling out to all Chromecast users for both Android and iOS, including the first as well as the second-gen devices. Although, Hasbro games will only be available in US and Canada.
