How To View Two Safari Windows Side-By-Side On iPad

Following the launch of iOS 9, Apple's latest and greatest mobile OS, the big apple has introduced one of the much requested and waited Multitasking features, offering iPad users some brand new Multitasking capabilities such as Picture in Picture, Slide Over, and Split View.

Unfortunately, since this is Apple we are talking about, the company decided to limit the capabilities of some of the Multitasking features, including the Split View feature, and not allowing users to run the same app on both sides. However, thanks to MacRecon, a third-party developers, you can now run two Safari windows side-by-side and be even more productive than ever before.

To take advantage of this new Split View capability, all you have to do is:

  • Open Safari
  • Swipe from the right edge of the iPad's screen to bring up the multitasking window and select Sidefari
  • Tap the separator between Safari and Sidefari to stick the second window on screen
  • Done !!!
That's is it,you are now running two Safari windows side-by-side on your iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, and iPad Pro. Although, older iPad models might be able to take advantage of this app if they have a Jailbroken iPad and have installed Medusa tweak.
