The studio has revealed that it will be offering full refunds to anyone who purchased the PC edition of Batman: Arkham Knight as well as the Season Pass, regardless of how long they have played with it. However, players can not request a refund for the Season Pass without giving back the core game as well.
According to Warner Bros. "We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues".
Batman: Arkham Knight refunds are now open until the end of 2015. Although, for players who decide to keep the game, the studio has promised to "continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix".
