Motorola Introducing Droid Turbo 2

Motorola in collaboration with Verizon has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the Droid family, the Droid Turbo 2, delivering a successor to last year's Droid Turbo that offers "the world’s first shatterproof display".

The Droid Turbo 2 features 5.4-inch Quad-HD (2560 x 1440) AMOLED display, Snapdragon 810 64-bit Octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz, Adreno 430 GPU, 3GB RAM, 32/64GB internal storage, microSD Card (up to 2TB), 21MP shooter with 4K recording and 5MP front-facing camera, 3760mAh battery, TurboPower charging (Up to 13 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes), wireless charging (PMA and Qi Support), and Android 5.1.1, Lollipop.

The phone comes in 7.6mm - 9.2mm thin and weighs 169g, with Moto ShatterShield which is an exclusive display technology that absorbs shock from impact and "guaranteed not to shatter"
, Front-ported loud speaker, Water-repellent, NFC, 4G connectivity, as well as the ability to choose from a variety of materials, colors, accents through Moto Maker.

According to Motorola "The new DROID Turbo 2 features Moto ShatterShield, the world’s first shatterproof display" the company continued " the DRIOD Turbo 2 is more than just a phone with a shatterproof screen, DROID Turbo 2 features our best camera yet, world’s fastest TurboPower charging and Moto Maker customization".

The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 will be available October 29 starting at $624 for the base model, while the higher-end one will go for $720. Although, those who whose the 64GB model will get a chance to redesign their phone one time within two years of purchase.
