Microsoft Launches New Windows 10 Insider Preview Build

Following the launch of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10565 over couple weeks ago, Microsoft has officially released a brand new build of Windows 10, Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10576, to Windows Insiders for download and testing.

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10576 includes new features as well as enhancements and bug fixes such as:

  • The ability to cast video, picture, and audio content from Microsoft Edge to any Miracast and DLNA enabled device on your network
  • The ability to highlight text while reading a PDF in Microsoft Edge and right-click to "Ask Cortana" to find additional information
  • Game DVR in Xbox beta app now supports voiceover recording 
  • The ability to search for and purchase Xbox One games through the Store in the Xbox beta app 
  • An issue where the Xbox app for Windows 10 would consume gigabytes of memory has been fixed
  • performance improvements in nested virtualization
  • Improvements in localization text UI in various languages
  • The search box should now work if you are in a locale where Cortana is not available
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10576 is now available through Windows Update as part of the company's Fast Ring builds program, for registered Windows Insiders.
