Sony Announces Android M Preview For Select Xperia Devices

Following the reveal of Android M, Google's latest and greatest Android OS release yet, as well as the release of Android M Developer Preview for select Nexus devices, Sony is the first company to join the party, by releasing Android M Developer Preview for select Xperia devices, as part of the company's Open Device program.

Android M Developer Preview will be available for:
  • Xperia Z3
  • Xperia Z3 Compact
  • Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact
  • Xperia Z2
  • Xperia Z2 Tablet
  • Xperia Z1
  • Xperia Z1 Compact
  • Xperia Z Ultra
  • Xperia Z
  • Xperia ZL
  • Xperia Tablet Z
  • Xperia E3
  • Xperia M2
  • Xperia T2 Ultra
  • Xperia T3
  • Xperia L
  • Xperia S
Reminder: Android M Developer Preview is only available for devices with an unlocked boot loader, and doesn't come implemented with the modem and the camera.
