OnePlus Two CPU Officially Revealed

Following the leaked OnePlus Two Specs about a week ago, OnePlus has officially revealed one of the key component of the company's upcoming flagship, the OnePlus Two, will be featuring, and has partnered with one of the leading mobile chip makers, Qualcomm, that promises to deliver "cutting-edge performance and maximized battery life".

Although previous reports have complained about the Snapdragon 810 overheating issues as well as performance throttling, making the Snapdragon 810-powered devices suffer from overheating and performance issues, OnePlus has announced that it will be using an all-new and enhanced version of the Snapdragon 810 64-bit Octa-core processor, called the Snapdragon 810 v2.1, alongside the "first-in-class" Adreno 430 GPU, that promises to deliver an unmatched "speed and ability to multitask while maintaining optimal battery performance"

According to OnePlus "Although there have been reports that the 810 runs warmer than its predecessors, we assure you that we have taken all the necessary precautions and beyond to prevent this from occurring in the 2. We worked very closely with Qualcomm’s engineers to integrate an improved version of the chipset (v2.1) in the OnePlus 2, and fine-tuned both hardware and software. The 2 will be 'cooler than ever'".

The OnePlus Two is also expected to include 3GB RAM, 13MP shooter, while OnePlus is said to revealed its 2015 flagship next month.
