Oppo Introducing The R7

Following the release of the Oppo R7 & R7 Plus TVC ahead of the official launch event, Oppo has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the R family, the Oppo R7, delivering "exquisite design, flawless workmanship, and powerful performance".

The Oppo R7 features 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, Snapdragon 615 64-bit Octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, Adreno 405 GPU, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 128GB), 13MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture, 2320mAh battery, and ColorOS 2.1 on top of Android KitKat.

The phone comes in 6.3mm thin and 147g, with metal unibody (92.3% Metallic ratio), 2.5D Arc edge screen, 4G connectivity, Dual-SIM support, USB OTG Support, VOOC Flash Charger ( up to 75% of juice in just 30min),
802.11 b/g/n WiFi, as well as Golden and Silver color options.

According to Oppo "With its exquisite design, flawless workmanship, and powerful performance, this dynamo device is the latest edition in the OPPO R series of smartphones and embodies the immaculate functionality we have come to expect from OPPO".

The Oppo R7 will be released in China for CNY 2499 (about $400) starting June 15, while the phone will be available to pre-order starting today. Unfortunately there is no word yet on when the R7 will be rolling out globally.
