Windows 10 Release Date Leaked

Microsoft first revealed Windows 10 back in September, promising to deliver a consistent, familiar, and compatible experience, while built from the ground-up for a mobile-first, cloud-first world, and following the announcement Windows 10's availability, AMD has accidentally leaked Windows 10's release date.

During a conference call, AMD has apparently leaked Windows 10's release date, ahead of an official statement from Microsoft, which previously only announced that its latest OS will be available this summer, revealing that Windows 10 is only three months away.

According to Lisa Su, AMD CEO "What we also are factoring in is, with the Windows 10 launch at the end of July, we are watching the impact of that on the back-to-school season, and expect that it might have a bit of a delay to the normal back-to-school season inventory buildup,".

Windows 10 will reportedly be available at the end of July. Although Microsoft has confirmed earlier that Windows 10 will be rolling out as a free upgrade to all new or existing Windows 7, Windows 8.1, as well as Windows Phone 8.1 users.
