Microsoft has officially announced Windows 10's pricing and availability at the the Windows Hardware Ecosystem Community (WinHEC) summit in China, as well as its partnership with technology leaders such as Lenovo, Tencent, and Qihu 360 in order to deliver a "seamless Windows 10 upgrade experience".
Windows 10 will be available this summer in 190 countries and 111 languages around the world, as a free upgrade for users running Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 for the first year from its launch.
