VAIO Introducing Phone

VAIO in collaboration with B-Mobile, a Japanese carrier, has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the company's first smartphone after its departure from Sony, the VAIO Phone, offering a mid-range device at a decent price tag.

The VAIO Phone features 5-inch 720p display, Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card (up to 64GB), 13MP shooter and 5MP front-facing camera, 4G/LTE, 2.500mAh battery, and Android Lollipop.

The phone comes in 7.95mm thin and about 130g, with "simple and stylish" design, Bluetooth 4.0, unlocked, as well as Black color option.

The VAIO Phone will be available March 20 in Japan for around $420. Unfortunately there is no word yet on market expansion.
