Motorola Introducing Moto E (2nd Gen)

Following the leaked new Moto E by retailer, Motorola has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, the Moto E (2nd Gen), a successor to last year's Original Moto E, while offering "people around the world even greater access to life’s possibilities - without a hefty price tag".

The Moto E (2nd Gen) features 4.5-inch qHD (540x960) IPS display, Snapdragon 410 Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz with Adreno 306 clocked at 400 MHz GPU (4G model), Snapdragon 200 Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz with Adreno 302 clocked at 400 MHz GPU (3G model), 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, microSD card, 5MP shooter and VGA front-facing camera, 2390 mAh battery, and Android Lollipop.

The phone comes in 12.3 mm thin and 145 grams, with anti-smudge coating, water resistant coating, up to 24 hours of usage, 4G/LTE, Motorola Bands including: Golden Yellow, Turquoise, Blue, Raspberry, Purple, and Red, Motorola Grip Shells including: Golden Yellow, Charcoal, Turquoise, Blue, and Raspberry, as well as Black or White color options.

According to Motorola "we’re taking Moto E a step further. We’re introducing the next generation, packed with more features and functionality" the company continued "The new Moto E packs a bigger smartphone punch for a fraction of the average smartphone cost".

The Moto E (2nd Gen) will be available in more than 50 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia starting today for $119.99 (3G model), while the LTE model will be going for $149.99.
