Apple Released OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Build 13F24

Apple has released OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 build 13F24 to developers for testing. The latest release Focus on: Safari, USB, USB Smart Cards, Graphics, Thunderbolt, and Gatekeeper.
OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 will probably only bring bug fixes and stability improvements, since OS X Yosemite will be released this fall.
You can get the update from software update or via Mac developer center.
