Microsoft Boosts Free Storage for OneDrive and Office 365

Microsoft announced a massive increases to its OneDrive Storage Plans, in order to compete with Google through a new strategy.

OneDrive users will receive a boost from 7GB to 15GB of free storage. Microsoft is giving away 1TB of OneDrive storage for Office 365 subscribers. Storage tiers are also dropping as 100GB of OneDrive will only cost $2.99, while 200GB costs just $3.99.

All of these updates will take effect starting next month, However current subscribers will automatically be moved to the lower prices.
